The closure of the sub-funds Danske Invest Nye Markeder Indeksobligationer KL and Nye Markeder Indeksobligationer - Akkumulerende KL has been approved.

At the extraordinary general meeting on the 12^th of September 2017, the investors have voted to close the sub-funds Danske Invest Nye Markeder Indeksobligationer KL and Nye Markeder Indeksobligationer – Akkumulerende KL. The date for the closure is yet to be decided.
 
Firstly, a settlement plan must be submitted to the Danish supervisory authority for approval. By late December 2017, the sub-funds’ investors can except to get their invested capital transferred into their associated deposit. As an investor in the sub-fund, you do not need to do anything in this regard.
 
The rate used for calculating the amount paid is the net asset value of the units at the time of the closure.
